House of Seafood Ala-Carte Menu Food Review at Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre

I'm back to House of Seafood at Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre last weekend to celebrate my sister's birthday!
I was so excited about yet another trip to House of Seafood but it turns out quite bad for us as there was a change of chef. I tried other dishes this time round but some of the dishes turned out to be too salty for our liking, as compared to our first visit here

The waitress even asked us if the food were okay as she said that the Kang Kong Vegetables does not look like it was cooked well. True enough, the Kang Kong was very salty but she was kind enough to ask the chef to cook once more, albeit at a smaller quantity from when they took it away :X

Deep-fried stuffed dough with cuttlefish paste- the dough and cuttlefish were too tough

Home made prawn rolls

Shrimp Paste Chicken -  was very bland and I think they forgot to add some ingredients :X

Kang Kong Vegetables

Thai Style Chicken- very sour

Beancurd on sizzling hot plate

Braised Pork Bun

Deer Meat on Sizzling Hot Plate
