Sustainable Crab Fest at Asian Market Cafe Food Review

I was at Asian Market Cafe for their sustainable crab fest. I tried goggling for posts on this Crab Fest and it seemed like this is the first time ever that they have such feast! A truly worthwhile trip I would say! There have free flow of mango, cranberry and guava cold drinks as well as Teh Tarik Hot drink! They all tasted perfect for buffet standard as usually hotels and restaurants only serve plain water.

I love the Chilli Crab the most as their flesh are springy, tough and not meshy! Didn't really fancy flower crabs but I thought would be good to give those flower crabs a try. Snow crab was sweet too!

Ellenborough Market Café - Swissotel Merchant Court Food Review

Decided to head down to Ellenborough Market Cafe for their Peranakan and International Buffet yesterday with my family using the Far Card with a 50% off!

Ellenborough Market Cafe recently went through a 4 months refurbishment and it's back with a bolder, brighter turquoise interior and yet retaining its Peranakan heritage.

Food varieties were massive and my favorite would be the Stir Fried Baby Lobster with Black Bean Sauce, Fried Fish as well as the handmade Ramen laksa! I would like to give a 2 thumbs up to the Ramen (you know that QQ Bouncy feeling when you bite the noodles?)

It seems that there's always something for someone since they have the Asian delights, Peranakan cuisines as well as international spread. However, I personally feel that the Snowcrab were not fresh enough as compared to Park Hotel at City Hall. They also only serve 6 ice cream flavors which tasted very ordinary that I did not take a photo of those.
