Korean style Braised Egg Recipe

Korean style Braised Egg

Eggs are naturally delicious no matter how you cooked it.
I chanced upon many fascinating ways to cook eggs and decided to share one which i love a lot!

Ingredient List:
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 3 Star Anise
- 4 tablespoon Soya Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice Wine
- 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 250ml water
- 8 Eggs (Shells removed)


Steps:
(1) Pour everything to a pot and bring it to a boil
(2) Add the eggs gently into the pot
(3) Simmer until half of the sauce is left (Approx. 15 mins after you put in the eggs)
Tips: Remember to gentle move the eggs around to coat them with the sauce!

I swear it tasted nicer than those sold together with chicken rice!
