Dry Fish ball Mee Poh Simple Recipe


Sometimes I feel lazy to cook and yet, do not like to travel out for dinner. 
What do I do then? MIX AND MATCH! What's the most common and tasty hawker dish you can find in Singapore? Enjoy this wonderful bowl of fish ball noodles in just 15 minutes! TRICK: Using Myojo Brand Mee Poh Dry Packet :X

Ingredients list (serves 3):
- Fish ball (12 pieces)
- Fishcake (3 pieces)
- Lettuce
- 150g Chicken Breast (Minced) 
- 1 Chicken Stock Cube
- 1 stalk Spring Onion

Soup Base:
(1) Boil 1 litre of water and add in 1 chicken stock cube
(2) Add in the fishcake and take it out after 5 minutes and set aside
(3) Add in the Minced Chicken Breast and take it out after 10 minutes
(4) Toss the Minced Chicken Breast in 1 tablespoon of soya sauce and shallot oil and set aside
Steps:
(1) Cook the Mee Poh Dry as you were to cook any dry Maggie Mee
(2) Add the fishcake, fish balls, Minced Chicken Breast and Lettuce to the dish
(3) Serve with Fish Ball Soup and Spring Onion as well as red chilli padi!
There you go! Home-made Dry Maggie Fish Ball Mee Poh!
